UK multi-let industrial property company Sandyford Properties has signed up to use Yardi Commercial Suite for its property management and accounting functions.
Yardi Commercial Suite enables the company to analyse its data more efficiently and enable better cashflow and expense forecasting, including CAPEX and OPEX, from one end-to-end solution.
The platform provides a centralised location for the company to manage its entire business lifecycle including operational, construction, financial, leasing and maintenance activities.
