WD Group has let a 4,000 sq ft unit at Kingsgate Shopping Centre in Huddersfield to HSBC on a 10-year lease.
The bank is relocating from its current premises on Cloth Hall Street and New Street and intends to open the next branch next spring. HSBC plans to make a significant investment in the new branch to provide greater accessibility for customers who are wheelchair users, mobility impaired, partially sighted or neuro-diverse
The letting follows a host of activity at the centre, with works underway to deliver a major 100,000 sq ft leisure and entertainment development.
