Luxury housing developer Elivia Homes has purchased a 4.7-acre site on Reading Street in Broadstairs, Kent, for a £30m GDV residential development.
The site, which was formerly home to Club Union Convalescent Home, includes planning permission for the creation of 24 new homes. It is located next to North Foreland Golf Course and offers views of the sea.
James Barton, a partner in the city and east land team at Knight Frank, which acted on behalf of the private vendor on the sale, said: “It’s been a real pleasure to be a part of what looks to be the beginning of a very exciting project for Elivia Homes. The development is set to meet the modern lifestyle needs of future residents and will contribute significantly to the continued growth and vibrancy of this coastal community.
