Bywater Properties has hired Pavlos Clifton from Helical as the firm’s new head of development.
Clifton, who has 23 years’ experience in the London and wider UK property sector, was a senior development executive at Helical.
In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the delivery of all projects across Bywater’s portfolio.
Clifton said: “Bywater has an exciting approach to turning both new schemes and distressed assets into ESG gems through clever design with timber. I look forward to joining their dynamic team to lead the delivery and assist their growth targets.”
