The Economist Group has let the 3,684 sq ft top floor of 154 Great Charles Street in Birmingham.
The publisher has signed a five-year lease on the refurbished office space, which sits in the heart of Birmingham’s central business district, with Ergo Real Estate, acting on behalf of Aver.
Leigh Burnett, asset manager at Ergo, said: “This is a significant letting for 154 Great Charles Street and a real shot in the arm for the Birmingham office market. Attracting an occupier of the calibre of The Economist to 154 reflects the substantial investment we’ve made into the refurbishment of our buildings on Great Charles Street.
