Vistry Group, Homes England and Paradigm Housing Group have exchanged contracts for the delivery of 196 new mixed-tenure homes at Tattenhoe Park on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.
The new homes, which are being delivered under Vistry’s Countryside Partnerships brand with Paradigm, will include 59 one-, two- and three-bed affordable homes.
In total, Vistry will deliver 514 new homes across phases three and seven alongside a range of amenities, facilities and landscaping in the wider Tattenhoe Park site.
The reserved matters application for this phase was submitted at the start of the year and a determination is expected in early spring. Pending approval, work is anticipated to start on site at the end of 2024.
Verity MacMahon, managing director at Vistry Central Home Counties, said: “This site has been progressing at pace since it launched back in 2022 and we’re thrilled to be continuing our relationship with Homes England – as well as working with Paradigm Housing – to deliver this next phase at Tattenhoe Park. Our shared commitment to providing high-quality, mixed-tenure housing is key to the development’s success and we’re looking forward to starting work on the next phase.”
Martyn Jones, executive director for development at Paradigm, added: “We are delighted to be working with Vistry and Homes England at Tattenhoe Park, where at least 59 homes will be provided for affordable rent and shared ownership. We are currently partnering with the Vistry Group at six sites that will deliver over 500 affordable homes over the next six years.”
