Footwear retailer Deichmann has signed for a 12,000 sq ft store at 38 Clarence Street in Kingston upon Thames.
The company has signed a 10-year lease on the unit with landlord Highgate Capital.
Deichmann will take occupation of the store this summer once the current occupier River Island has vacated and it expects to be open for trading in the early autumn.
