Honey has submitted a planning application for a £15.5m residential development in Waverley, Rotherham.
The ‘Homes by honey at Waverley’ development will offer 54 new homes on the former Orgreave Colliery and coking site.
The scheme will comprise a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes – 17 have been designated affordable – and will include semi-detached and detached properties.
If the plans are given the green light by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, construction is expected to start this summer with residents able to move in from next summer.
