The freehold of the Virgin Hotel Glasgow has been put up for sale by the administrators of Lloyds Developments.
The 17-storey luxury hotel at 264 Clyde Street overlooks the River Clyde in the heart of Glasgow city centre.
In addition to 165 completed bedrooms, the hotel also offers a ground floor restaurant and bar, a mezzanine bar and lounge, a flexible terrace area and conference and meeting space for up to 60 delegates.
There is also scope to add a further 77 bedrooms at the hotel along with public spaces such as a proposed gym, function suite, whisky bar and coffee shop.
