Zenzic Capital has appointed Simon Brown as head of real estate development finance lending.
Brown, who has more than 20 years’ deal origination experience, previously held senior roles at companies including Investec and Royal Bank of Scotland.
In his new role, Brown will be responsible for continuing to develop a strong and stable residential development loan book, ensuring Zenzic’s products compete well within the market and that the service provided to the client base is ‘best in class’.
