Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Carl Ridgley as head of hospitality UK.
In his new role, Ridgley will work closely with Andrew Horder, Fred Le Fichoux, who leads the EMEA hospitality team, and colleagues across Cushman & Wakefield’s wider platform to deliver integrated solutions spanning investment, financing, valuation, operator selection and strategic advisory services.
