HOP Vietnamese Street Eats has signed a 15-year lease on the 3,777 sq ft former Samsung unit on Market Street at Manchester Arndale.
HOP Vietnamese, which is inspired by the street food vendors of Vietnam, operates a selection of outlets across London and a kiosk in ‘The Orient’ food court at The Trafford Centre. It is set to open its new restaurant at Manchester Arndale in May.
