Regional housebuilder Thakeham has appointed Alastair Skinner as the firm’s first chief investment officer.
Skinner joins from Hargreaves Group where he served as managing director for eight years.
Rob Boughton, chief executive officer at Thakeham, said: “We are excited to welcome Alastair to our executive team as a new set of hands to support Thakeham during an important time for the business.
