The circa 50,000 sq ft One Finsbury Square office building in Central London is fully let following the completion of two lettings.
UBT Accountants, which already occupies the building’s fifth floor, has taken the 5,736 sq ft seventh floor and global market-maker Old Mission Europe has signed for the 7,222 sq ft fourth floor.
Catella APAM is asset manager of the building on behalf of Danish client Britannia Invest A/S.
William Grenfell, associate director at Catella APAM, said: “Having completed the fifth floor letting to UBT Accountants, as well as a sixth floor letting to analytics company FICO, in November 2023, these two new lettings mean we have now achieved full occupancy at One Finsbury Square. The strong demand for space in the building is testament to its exceptional quality and strategic location.”
Katie White, from Knight Frank, joint letting agent at the building with Squarebook, said, “The strong demand and competition on the final vacant floor was a testament to the quality fitted floor template situated within a core market. Active demand continues to remain strong for good quality, newly fitted space.”
Zara Bailey, from Squarebrook, added, “It has been a pleasure working with Catella APAM on One Finsbury Square’s most recent deals. This quick succession of lettings achieved over the fourth to seventh floors is reflective of the quality and demand for office space in this prime City location.”
