Socius has recruited Katrina Lamberton from Lendlease as senior project manager.
At Lendlease, Lamberton, who has more than 20 years’ experience in construction and development, worked on projects including the 60-acre transport hub at Euston and most recently a 50-acre mixed-use development scheme at Silvertown Quays.
In her new role, she will join the project team responsible for the delivery of Botanic Place – a £500m workspace-led development in Cambridge.
Barry Jessup, managing director at Socius, said: “Katrina’s expertise in planning and delivering large complex schemes will be hugely valuable as we bring forward the plans for Botanic Place, which will set a new benchmark for sustainable workspace in Cambridge.”
