Rengen has secured a £5.5m financing deal with Atelier to fund the refurbishment of 36 student studios at Creswicke House in Bristol city centre.
The loan from Atelier will allow the developer to purchase and refurbish the building, which is located on Small Street.
Rengen intends to undertake the refurbishment works this summer while the building is vacant and the studios will be ready for occupancy at the beginning of the 2024-25 academic year.
Matt Measures, senior investment manager at Atelier, said: “We are delighted to fund our sixth project with Rengen. This project will assist with filling the PBSA shortfall in Bristol through the refurbishment of a building in a prime student location.”
