Bath-based workplace design and build company Interaction has recruited senior designer Martha Gray as a creative lead from London-based office design and build agency Oktra.

Prior to Oktra, Gray was a senior designer at BDG Architecture + Design in London where she led aspects of design projects for clients including Google. She previously worked as a designer for Siren Design Group in Sydney, Australia.

In her new role, she will lead a team of designers working on a pipeline of nationwide design projects.

Dieter Wood, managing director of Interaction, said: “Martha has tremendous experience leading on high-profile design projects in London and nationally, so it’s great to welcome her to our fast-growing team. She is the latest senior designer to move from London to find fulfilling and creative design work, and better quality of life, with us here in the West Country. We know Martha is going to have every success in her critical new role here at Interaction.”
