Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company has signed for a 105,000 sq ft unit at Total Developments’ Total Park in Bedford.
The brewery giant has taken Unit 1 at the 235,000 sq ft park on a 15-year lease with a break at the end of year 10.
The EPC A-rated building was recently refurbished by Total Developments.
M1 Agency and Cushman & Wakefield represented Total Developments on the letting and Gerald Eve acted for Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company.
