Canary Wharf Group (CWG) has appointed Stephen Pearson as director of investment transactions.
Pearson, who was formerly an executive director in CBRE’s London capital markets team, left the company earlier this year after 24 years with the business.
During his time at CBRE, Pearson advised numerous global sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, property companies and high net worth individuals on the sale, acquisition and asset management of major commercial properties.
In his new role, he will form part of CWG’s chief investment officer John Mulqueen’s senior management team and will lead the targeted disposal of the group’s portfolio to deliver equity for future investment.
