Housebuilder Allison Homes South West has acquired the second phase of its High Moor View development in Winkleigh, Devon, for an undisclosed price.
The second phase of development will provide an additional 75 homes, comprising 52 two-, three- and four-bedroom properties for private sale, alongside 23 affordable homes.

Allison Homes South West is due to start work on the new phase later this month, with the first homes to be released for sale from autumn 2024.
