Avamore Capital has provided a £1m development loan to a developer to refurbish and extend a residential property in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
The developer, who has already completed several developments, intends to fully refurbish the existing detached property and add a two-storey extension to create a five-bedroom detached house.
