Grosvenor has appointed Hanover Green Retail as the sole agents for all leasing across the south of the company’s Mayfair portfolio.
Hanover Green already manages leasing across elements of Grosvenor’s Belgravia portfolio including Elizabeth Street, Motcomb Street and Eccleston Yards, and will now be responsible for addresses including Mount Street, Carlos Place and South Audley Street.
