Joint venture partners SEGRO and St George have completed their first letting at the SEGRO V-Park Grand Union multi-storey industrial development in Alperton, North West London.
An unnamed automation and robotics company has agreed to lease just over 5,000 sq ft at the 134,500 sq ft, six-storey development.
The company, which is expected to take occupancy later this month, will use the space for research and development to drive efficiency, sustainability and safety within the sector it operates.

It’s great to have them on-board so soon after completion. While the concept of multi-storey is relatively new in the UK, we are pleased with the level and breadth of customer interest in the space. We are confident further lettings will follow as customers see the asset for real and are inspired by the innovation, high quality and sustainability qualities of the development, underpinned by its location and accessibility.”
