Scape Group has received planning approval for a co-living scheme in Canada Water, South East London.
The scheme, which will be launched under Scape’s living brand Morro, will comprise 135 co-living rooms, amenity space for residents and a first floor co-working cafe on the corner of Mulberry Walk.
Designed by Stephen Marshall Architects, the scheme will also feature new landscaping, including a pocket park and tree planting along Printworks Street to enhance the area.
