Two property industry veterans have launched a new industrial and logistics development business called Erdgard Developments.
Allan Wilson, formerly director of capital markets at JLL, and Gareth Williams, who was previously the development director at St Francis Group, have more than 50 years’ experience in the property industry between them.
Erdgard, which recently took office space in Brook House, Henley-in-Arden, will focus on industrial and logistics warehouse development, predominantly within the Midlands, but also further afield.
Williams said: “Allan and I are delighted to be working together, stepping back into the market with an exciting new venture that will focus on industrial warehouse logistics opportunities, with anchor capital from a variety of investors.”
