Re:shape has acquired a second parcel of land in Woolwich town centre for its residential-led Electric Works development.
The development will comprise more than 918 purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) units, 410 co-living homes, 100 C3 affordable homes, including townhouses, a children’s nursery, community spaces, affordable workspace and nighttime economy uses.
A public consultation about the development is currently underway and Re:shape hopes to submit a planning application for the development in mid-October.
