The 32,335 sq ft Caledonia House office building in Edinburgh has hit the market with a price tag of £800,000+.

The detached office building, which is located at 1 Redheughs Rigg adjacent to Edinburgh Park, could also suit alternative uses, subject to planning.

Built in 1992 as a purpose-built office pavilion, Caledonia House spans three storeys and features 90 car parking spaces.

Craig Watson, director at JLL Edinburgh, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “Caledonia House’s prime location, flexible office space, and versatile potential make it a highly sought-after opportunity in Edinburgh’s thriving west Edinburgh destination. It is a viable option for owner-occupiers, a refurbishment or full scale redevelopment. Businesses or developers alike have a unique opportunity to reinvent the building or the site to their specific needs.”
