Wain Homes Severn Valley has secured planning consent to deliver nearly 600 energy efficient new homes across sites in Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and the West Midlands after a flurry of successful planning approvals.
The Bristol-based housebuilder has started construction work on seven new developments, which will deliver 593 new homes – 173 affordable – with a joint GDV of £225m.
