HBD has secured planning consent to build 75,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space at Airport Business Park Southend (ABPS).
The property investment and development arm of Henry Boot will deliver the space across two units at the 52-acre scheme on a design and build basis.
HBD recently completed a £15m GDV 140,000 sq ft design and build unit for Ipec Holdings at the scheme, which is being delivered in partnership with Southend-on-Sea City Council.
