Avant Homes East Midlands has secured planning permission for a £20m GDV multi-tenure residential development in Burbage, near Hinckley.
The Chestnut Acres development will comprise a mix of 79 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. The scheme will feature 11 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types and of the 79 properties, 17 will be affordable.
Work is expected to start on site over the winter, with the first residents expected to move into their new homes in autumn next year.
