Pizza Pilgrims has signed for a 2,200 sq ft restaurant at 219 King’s Road in London.

The Neapolitan pizza brand will open the space, which will provide up to 80 covers inside and out as well as a basement dining room, in mid-November.

Thom Elliot, co-founder of Pizza Pilgrims, said: “We are really excited to be opening on such an iconic street in London. We fell in love with the site when we first set eyes on it – and as always are excited to bring something a bit different to the Pizza Pilgrims experience with a unique, Capri-inspired design and fun cinema space downstairs. Our dad ran a pub off the King’s Rd many moons ago – so it has always been a special place to us! See you soon Chelsea.”

Hannah Grievson, property director at Sloane Stanley, added: “219 King’s Road is one of our most prominent units on the estate, and so needed an operator that would deliver a real ‘wow’ factor. Pizza Pilgrims are experts in creating spaces that deliver high-quality food and a vibrant atmosphere. We are excited to see its Capri vision come to life on the King’s Road.”

Miles Commercial and Levy Real Estate represented Sloane Stanley Estate on the deal.
