Knight Frank has launched a dedicated social value consultancy team and appointed Kalli Stuart as social value consultant.
The new consultancy team will help clients incorporate social value into their investment decisions “leading to better leasing and investment performance, stronger community engagement, and enhanced occupier wellbeing and satisfaction”.
Knight Frank said its new team will leverage geo-spatial research tools to provide up-to-date social metrics and support clients in setting community-focused goals.
