Richborough has selected Greencore Homes as development partner for a 12-acre residential site in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire.
The site has outline planning permission for up to 89 homes, including 30% on-site affordable housing and landscaped public open spaces.

Hannah Deverell, disposals director at Richborough, added: “Working with our consultant team on this was an extremely efficient process. We secured planning consent at appeal on 23 August and Greencore were appointed on 28 August.
