The RO Group has acquired a 11.6-acre development site in Swindon adjacent to Home Farm.
The land is situated to the south of Home Farm, which RO Group acquired in July 2024, and the group’s latest off market purchase from a local landowner extends its total site ownership to 21 acres.
The company intends to develop an industrial and logistics-led scheme on the site offering high quality accommodation for local and national businesses.
