Dubai-based Dutco Group has acquired The Bruntsfield Hotel near Edinburgh city centre from Castleforge for an undisclosed price.
Following a comprehensive renovation by Castleforge, the property features 74 modern guest rooms catering to leisure and business travellers, as well as versatile event spaces and a bar and restaurant.
Align Partners provided strategic investment advice and will manage The Bruntsfield along with Mar Hall.
