Affordable housing provider VIVID has acquired 378 properties from L&Q, with a further 30 properties due to complete shortly.
The newly acquired properties are mainly situated in Basingstoke with some located in Wiltshire, Test Valley and Berkshire.
Of the transferring properties, 371 are homes and VIVID said the strategic acquisition would “significantly enhance our capacity to provide quality, affordable housing to families and individuals, allowing us to focus more intensely on meeting their needs”.
Tom Robinson, executive director of assets and sustainability at VIVID, said: “This acquisition supports our vision and commitment to growing the provision of safe and affordable housing in our region.
