A private international investor has bought the Hyde Park Boutique Hotel in London for £14m.

The freehold, 43-bedroom hotel is located near Notting Hill just a few minutes’ walk from Lancaster Gate.

The recently refurbished property was sold free of brand and management ties.

Alex Sturgess, director, hotel capital markets, at Savills, which sold the asset on behalf of a private client, said: “We are pleased to have achieved a successful outcome for our clients, who took advantage of an improved market to sell their hotel at the asking price. The boutique hotel was presented to a high standard and had an established business.”
