Belfast City Council has appointed GRAHAM as the delivery partner for a £630m, multi-site housing-led regeneration programme across Belfast.
Cushman & Wakefield was instructed by the council to find a joint venture partner for the programme and the comprehensive public procurement process involved advising on the structure and selection process.
