Cain International has appointed Lisa Feifer to the newly created role of global head of capital formation.
Feifer, who has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, was most recently head of investor relations and capital raising at Civitas Investment Management and, prior to that, she spent more than 13 years at Orion Capital Managers, where she was a partner. She has also worked for Lehman Brothers and Grove International Partners in London.
In her new role, Feifer will be based in London and lead Cain’s capital-raising activities for its strategic growth initiatives, including its global luxury real estate and brand investment platform. She will also concentrate on advancing the firm’s real estate alternatives strategies, focusing on opportunities in European net lease, industrial and logistics and purpose-built student accommodation.
