Croydon Council has let the 16,180 sq ft sixth floor of Bernard Weatherill House in Croydon to an unnamed tenant.
Located at 8 Mint Walk, the modern office building offers circa 235,000 sq ft of flexible, fully fitted and furnished open plan spaces, with on-site facilities including a café, shower, bike storage and outside terrace areas.
SHW is the retained letting agent for the remaining 42,036 sq ft of office space at Bernard Weatherill House, with available floors ranging from 8,484 sq ft to 16,103 sq ft.
Thomas Tarn, associate at SHW, which represented the council on the letting, said: “Bernard Weatherill House is an attractive, modern building – one of the newest office buildings in the Croydon market. There are just a few more floors available to let including another 16,103 sq ft which is the second largest floorplate currently available in Croydon.”
