GRAHAM has been appointed by Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, to deliver the first phase of its Dyecoats development on Kirkstall Road in Leeds.
The first phase will see 434 mixed-tenure homes built on the 13-acre brownfield site next to the River Aire. Of the new homes, 100 are affordable rent, 138 are shared ownership and 196 are for private sale.
The site will also include a vibrant food hall, new high quality public realm with access to the River Aire and a new north south connection across the river. Ultimately, the wider scheme will deliver up to 1,799 homes.
