Avant Homes Scotland has secured planning consent for the delivery of 256 new homes in Cairneyhill.
The £68m GDV Keelyside View development, which is located off Sunnyside Road, will comprise a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes
A quarter of the new homes have been designated affordable and the development will feature 13 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house styles.
Work at Keelyside View is scheduled to commence in July 2025 with the first residents expected to move into their new homes by autumn 2026.
