Regal has submitted revised plans for its residential development at 100 Avenue Road in Camden.
Regal’s new proposal for the site retains the approved height of 24 storeys and massing, but increases the number of homes from 184 to 237.
The developer is shifting from build-to-rent to for sale homes at the scheme, with 35% of the homes designated as affordable.
The ground floor will feature improved commercial and community spaces, including new community facilities developed in consultation with The Winch.
The public realm will be significantly improved with the addition of multifunctional outdoor spaces, seating areas, play areas, rooftop amenities, extensive tree planting and increased biodiversity.
The amended application also includes an improved layout with a second staircase to comply with updated Building Regulations.
