Build-to-rent (BTR) developer and asset manager BlueCastle Capital has secured planning consent for a 21-storey residential tower in Stevenage.
The company intends to replace the former New Look store at 9-11 The Forum with a 69m tower providing 225 rental apartments.
The on-site amenity provision will include residents’ lounges, co-working spaces, a gym, bike parking and a 24-hour concierge.
Construction of the tower, which has been designed by 5plus, is expected to commence in early 2026 with completion due in the middle of 2028.
