CBRE has named two new sector heads for its UK living and financial and professional services business lines.
Jason Hardman will take over as head of UK living sector from 1 June 2025 and Paul Hubbard-Brown has assumed the role of head of financial and professional services sector, effective immediately.
Hardman (pictured) has worked for CBRE for almost 20 years and has held various positions in its valuation business, most notably leading the living valuation team.
Hubbard-Brown, who has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and has been with CBRE for 15 years, will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of CBRE’s growth strategy within the financial and professional services sector.
They will report to Irvinder Goodhew who recently joined CBRE as managing director of UK sectors.

Jason and Paul both possess in-depth sector expertise and are experienced in working with teams across our business to drive exceptional value for clients.
