Town Centre Securities has let the former Flannels unit on Vicar Lane in Leeds to Indian restaurant group Dishoom.
The unit, which spans circa 8,000 sq ft across two floors, occupies a prime position between Victoria Gate and Victoria Quarter in Leeds city centre.
The Vicar Lane unit will be sympathetically transformed to align with Dishoom’s distinctive design style and storytelling approach with each venue drawing on different elements of Bombay history.
