BE News is proud to once again be a media partner to UKREiiF – The UK’s Real Estate and Infrastructure Forum, which is taking place at the Royal Armouries Museum and New Dock in Leeds from 20 to 22 May.
This year’s event will be the biggest yet, with an estimated 16,000+ delegates, and BE News will be hosting a series of free-to-attend onsite and offsite events over the course of the three-day conference delving into some of the biggest issues facing the built environment industry at the moment.

Tuesday
At lunchtime, we will be holding a private, invitation-only roundtable debate, sponsored by Begbies and Freeths, exploring: ‘How to solve the construction industry insolvency crisis’, which will be taking place at Begbies’ office in Leeds city centre.
From 4.30pm to 6.30pm, we are running an offsite panel debate and networking event on ‘How to succeed in flex’ at Orega’s Broad Gate flexible workspace at 22-26 The Headrow. The free-to-attend event, which is sponsored by technologywithin and Interaction, will kick off with a short scene-setting presentation, which will be followed by a panel debate featuring:

Wednesday
Between 8am and 10am, we are hosting a ‘Focus on ESG’ industry breakfast networking event, in association with Workman at Brasserie Blanc.
The free-to-attend event will feature a keynote speech from Katerina Papavasileiou, a director in the real estate team at Federated Hermes, where she specialises in ESG and responsibility. Later in the day, we are running a private, invitation-only, onsite roundtable discussion sponsored by Yardi exploring: ‘How property managers can leverage tech to meet investor expectations’.
