Keyland Developments has submitted plans to deliver 150 homes on a circa 12.4-acre site in Pickering, North Yorkshire.
The vacant site has been identified by Keyland as a prime opportunity to deliver a high quality, sustainable development guided by its ‘Six Capital’s’ approach ensuring positive environmental, social and economic outcomes.
The masterplan, which has been devised by Tate + Co, seeks to create a holistic community and sustainable development featuring a mix of one- to four-bedroom homes and will include areas of public space and a large scale ‘green corridor’.
Matthew Turnbull, land and planning manager at Keyland, the property trading arm of Kelda Group and sister-company to Yorkshire Water, said: “Following our recent community consultations, this development represents a significant opportunity to deliver much-needed new homes for the Pickering area.
