The freehold of the Cardiff Hotel on Paddington’s Norfolk Square has been put up for sale with a price tag of £17.5m.
The Grade II listed 63-bedroom hotel comprises three adjoining period buildings located just two minutes’ walk from Paddington train station.
Colliers, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said that the hotel, which is currently not trading, was fully fitted and equipped, in good condition and would only require a few tweaks before it could be reopened.
