Arden University has signed for 94,000 sq ft at the Turing Building at Stratford Cross for its new London base.
The 350,000 sq ft building, which was designed by Arney Fender Katsalidis, was the first building to be delivered as part of Lendlease’s joint venture with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board at Stratford Cross.
The building also features an Everyman Cinema, an events space for up to 120 people, terraces and a coffee shop run by a local independent baker.

Knight Frank, CBRE and BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for Lendlease on the deal and James Andrew International advised Arden University.
